Walking into 2518 Villamare is immediately relaxing as the décor is beach inspired so you will truly enjoy your vacation. This villa has white tiled floors in the main living area and carpets in the bedrooms. Villamare villas are set up so that you enter the open living area, and the bedrooms are on either side, so everyone can enjoy their privacy.

To the right of the entrance is the guest bedroom with two full beds, two accent chairs, a love seat, and a mounted 42” TV. The slider opens to a private, covered balcony that has two rocking chairs. The private bathroom has a single vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Enjoy the open concept main living area starting with the fully equipped kitchen that has been updated with granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and three Rattan backed stools at the breakfast bar. In the kitchen closet you will find the stacked front-loading washer and dryer. The adjacent dining room has a round glass table with seating for four. In the living room there is a tan sofa, two armchairs, and a mounted 55” TV. A slider opens to the covered balcony with a landscape view and the sounds of the rolling waves, perfect place for a coffee or cocktail.

Behind the French style doors is the master bedroom with a king bed, accent chair, and a mounted 32” TV. A slider opens to the balcony shared with the living room. The master bath has a single granite vanity and a walk-in shower.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
