Welcome to 2317 Windsor II, a beautifully renovated third-floor villa located in the prestigious Palmetto Dunes Resort. Newly updated for 2025, this villa boasts all-new furniture, fresh paint throughout, and stunning new hardwood floors in the main living areas, offering a modern and luxurious coastal retreat.

As you enter, you’re greeted by a wall of windows that flood the space with natural light, framing breathtaking views of the beach and ocean. The spacious living area features a coastal-inspired blue sofa, a matching loveseat, and two swivel armchairs, all complemented by a mounted 65" smart TV with cable. Behind the living room, a large round dining table with seating for six creates a perfect setting for meals and conversation. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with four counter-height chairs, and a small table with two chairs for more casual dining.

To the right of the living area, the master bedroom is a tranquil retreat with a king-sized bed, beach and ocean views, and a 55" smart TV with cable. The private bathroom features a double vanity and a walk-in shower for a spa-like experience.

On the opposite side of the villa, you’ll find two spacious guest rooms. The first features a king-sized bed, a 55" smart TV with cable, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This room also offers a private balcony with a table and two chairs, perfect for relaxing while overlooking the beach and ocean. The third guest room is ideal for families, offering one double bed and one twin bed, a 32" smart TV with cable, and private access to a hall bathroom with a shower.

Additional amenities include a laundry area with a washer and dryer for added convenience. Step outside to the spacious private balcony, which offers a dining table with four chairs and two additional bar-height chairs—perfect for enjoying the stunning views, dining al fresco, or relaxing with a refreshing drink.

The resort amenities include a recently renovated oceanfront swimming pool and a separate wading pool for smaller children complete with a “mushroom fountain.” The pool areas includes adjacent bathrooms, hot tub, large sun deck, and covered gazebo with a grill. A private boardwalk with showers to rinse off the sand leads directly to the beach.

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
