8134 Wendover Dunes is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located within Palmetto Dunes in an attractive villa complex within a short 5-minute walk to the beach. This villa has a spacious, open floor plan that allows for wonderful family time and is tastefully furnished with a decorator’s touch.
Enter the villa into the foyer and you will find beautiful vinyl plank flooring installed throughout that is a welcome enhancement. To the right is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. To the left is the open kitchen, dining and living room. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters that looks like beach sand, a beautiful, tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and three high-top chairs at the breakfast bar. This opens to the dining area where there is a glass topped table for six. The large, spacious living room has a tray ceiling, palm green queen sleeper sofa, matching love seat, two accent chairs, and a 50” TV with DVD player. There is access to the large, wraparound screened porch with ceiling fans, a table that seats six, three cushioned wicker chairs with ottomans, and a wicker patio sofa. This is a great place to relax and unwind while enjoying the peaceful landscaped views.
Off the living room is the first of two master suites. This bedroom is carpeted, has light gold walls, a tray ceiling, king bed, chair, walk-in closet, and door to the screened porch. The master bath has double granite vanities and a walk-in shower.
Down the hall to the left of the foyer are two bedrooms. The first is a carpeted guest room with light brown walls, two twin beds with Rattan headboards, a walk-in closet, and a 32” cable TV. The attached bathroom also has hallway access and has a single granite vanity, light blue walls, and a tub/shower combo. At the end of the hall is the second master bedroom. It is carpeted, has palm green walls, a tray ceiling, king bed, two accent chairs, and a 43” cable TV. This bedroom has a private entrance to the screened porch. The master bathroom has double granite vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.
Wendover Dunes located just a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach, guests will enjoy the pool area which also includes a hot tub, gazebo, and BBQ area for guest use. Palmetto Dunes has amenities for the whole family: biking, kayaking, golf, tennis and more!
